Bring your creations to life in our complimentary Paint & Glaze class, available to all students who have made pieces in our studio.

In this relaxed and creative session, you’ll learn how to apply glazes to your pottery, exploring colour, texture, and finish. We’ll guide you through different techniques—from simple dipping and brushing to layering and decorative effects—so you can personalise each piece in your own style.

All glazes and materials are provided, and your work will be carefully kiln-fired to a durable, food-safe finish after the session. This is a great opportunity to complete your pieces, ask questions, and enjoy the final stage of the pottery process in a supportive studio environment.

Once fired, your finished ceramics will be ready for collection—beautiful, functional pieces to use and treasure.

We provide everything you need to enjoy the creative process of painting and glazing your pottery—no need to bring a thing.

Our studio supplies a wide selection of high-quality glazes in a variety of colours and finishes, from glossy and satin to more textured, specialty effects. You’ll have access to brushes in different sizes, as well as sponges and simple decorating tools to help you experiment with patterns, layering, and detail work.

We also provide all the essentials for a smooth session, including water pots, palettes, and cleaning materials. Once your pieces are complete, we take care of the kiln firing, transforming your glazed work into a durable, food-safe finish.

Aprons are available in the studio, but we recommend wearing comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting a little messy. Just come along ready to relax, get creative, and bring your pottery to life.
